FlowNote AI Terms of Service

These Terms define the conditions and procedures for using the FlowNote AI Service, and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its members.

1. Service means the FlowNote AI platform and related features provided by the Company.
2. Member means an individual or business that agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
3. Content means notes, sequences, member records, images, audio and other data created by a member.
4. AI features means features that use artificial intelligence technology such as OpenAI to provide class records, sequence recommendations and other analysis.

The Company may amend these Terms where necessary, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

Amended Terms take effect after being announced within the Service.

Members may register by email or through an authentication method provided by the Company.

Members must provide accurate information.

Use of the Service may be restricted if false information is registered.

Members may use the following features.

• Member management
• Sequence creation
• Member-specific sequence management
• Class records
• AI sequence generation
• AI class record generation
• AI recommendations
• Muscle naming reference
• Exercise library
• Other features provided by the Company

The Company may continuously add, change or improve the contents of the Service.

The Company provides the following plans.

• Trial
• Lite
• Pro
• Enterprise

Features available on each plan follow the information provided within the Service.

After the free trial ends, a subscription is required to continue using the Service.

All subscription fees are charged in Korean won (KRW). Any prices displayed in other currencies are for reference only.

Members own the data they enter.

The Company stores and processes data only to the extent needed to provide the Service.

A member's data is not provided to other members.

Results generated by AI are reference material.

Members must review AI results and exercise their own final judgement.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of AI results.

FlowNote AI is not a medical device.

The Service does not replace diagnosis, prescription or medical treatment.

Members must use the Service based on their own professional judgement, and the Company is not responsible for outcomes arising from that judgement or from use of the Service.

Members must not engage in the following.

• Using another person's account
• Interfering with normal operation of the Service
• Uploading unlawful content
• Infringing the Company's intellectual property
• Abusive or abnormal use of AI features
• Excessive automated requests

The Company may restrict use of the Service in the following cases.

• Breach of these Terms
• Unlawful conduct
• Attacks on the system
• Abnormal AI requests
• Interference with operation of the Service

Copyright and intellectual property in the Service belong to the Company.

Copyright in sequences and class records created by a member belongs to that member.

Members agree that the Company may store and process such data to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

The Company may add, modify or remove features to improve service quality.

The Service may be temporarily suspended in the following cases.

• Server maintenance
• System failure
• Natural disaster
• Failure of external APIs
• Other operational necessity

The Company is not responsible for the following.

• Errors in information entered by members
• How members use AI-generated results
• Disputes between members
• Failures of external services (OpenAI, payment providers, etc.)
• Damage caused by a member's negligence

Members may request withdrawal of their account at any time.

The Company handles member data in accordance with applicable law, except for information it is legally required to retain.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Disputes between the Company and a member are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
